1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) and AnonRDP (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”), governing the purchase and use of our hosting services, including Anonymous VPS/RDP, Bulletproof VPS/RDP/Dedicated servers, Scanning VPS/RDP, domain registration, FastFlux, and related offerings (“Services”).

By accessing, purchasing, activating, or using any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately discontinue use and contact us for any applicable refund (subject to our Refund Policy).

2. Service Overview

AnonRDP provides privacy-focused hosting solutions with anonymous signup options and cryptocurrency payments where supported. We prioritize client confidentiality through minimal data collection and encrypted storage, while requiring full compliance with applicable laws.

Services are hosted in jurisdictions including Lithuania, the Netherlands, and the United States (as specified per plan). Domain registration is facilitated as a reseller through a Hong Kong-based upstream registrar.

3. Reservations of Rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Suspend, terminate, restrict, or permanently ban any account or Service.
• Take such action if necessary to protect network security, infrastructure integrity, other clients, or in response to abuse reports, legal demands, or violations of this Agreement.

4. Usage Policies by Service Type

4.1 Anonymous VPS/RDP Services

Standard privacy-oriented hosting for general, lawful use.

• Permitted: Content and activities compliant with the laws of the server location (Lithuania, Netherlands, or USA).
• Strictly Prohibited: Any illegal activity (including malware distribution, spam, unauthorized phishing), port scanning (not permitted under any circumstances), or other forms of abuse.
• SMTP/outgoing email services are blocked by default.
• Any abuse report or detected violation results in immediate suspension without notice. Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent termination.

4.2 Bulletproof VPS/RDP/Dedicated Services

Permissive plans offering flexibility for content and ports.

• Permitted: Broad range of activities and content (subject to prohibitions below); SMTP allowed (port 25 open by default).
• Strictly Prohibited:
  • DDoS attacks (origination or facilitation).
  • Ransomware operations/distribution.
  • Terrorism-related activities.
  • Child exploitation material (including child pornography).
  • Malware distribution.
  • Any activity that directly harms AnonRDP or violates laws of the server location (Lithuania, Netherlands, or USA).
• Phishing is permitted only for internal/authorized security testing of your own systems, domains, or employees; unauthorized or external phishing is prohibited.
• Credible malware/abuse reports (e.g., from URLhaus, Spamhaus) trigger immediate suspension. An IP change may be offered for an additional fee (availability not guaranteed).

4.3 Scanning VPS/RDP Services

Specialized plans designed for legitimate network testing and reconnaissance (similar to permissive offshore providers).

• Permitted: Port scanning (e.g., Nmap, ZMap), vulnerability scanning, network probing, and related testing activities.
• Strictly Prohibited: Illegal exploitation of scan results (e.g., unauthorized attacks, DDoS facilitation, malware delivery), child exploitation material, terrorism, ransomware, or violations of hosting jurisdiction laws.
• SMTP and other ports follow Bulletproof defaults unless otherwise configured.
• Misuse or abuse reports may still result in suspension/termination if they harm our network or breach laws.

5. General Network & Fair Usage

To ensure stability and fairness for all clients:

• Excessive bandwidth consumption, traffic patterns, or resource usage may result in temporary throttling or speed reduction on any plan.
• We monitor network resources and may implement measures to prevent abuse.

6. Domain Registration

• We resell domains through a Hong Kong-based upstream registrar, enabling anonymous/offshore registration.
• Domains are registered under our details to protect client privacy.
• No “bulletproof” guarantee exists—registrars comply with applicable laws and respond to valid legal/abuse requests, which may lead to suspension, transfer, or seizure.
• We handle reports in a privacy-respecting manner to the extent legally possible but cannot override upstream or governmental actions.

7. Data Privacy & Security

• We collect only essential data: email addresses, encrypted passwords, access IP logs, and voluntary profile information.
• All stored data resides in a fully encrypted database.
• We do not maintain detailed activity logs beyond what is required for service operation, billing, and abuse prevention.

8. Refund Policy

• VPS/RDP Services: Full refund if the Service is used for less than 24 hours from activation. Beyond 24 hours, sales are final (case-by-case exceptions may be considered).
• Downtime exceeding one week due to our fault may qualify for a prorated refund; the Service remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Domain Registration: Final and non-refundable (no refunds from upstream providers).
• FastFlux Services: Final and non-refundable once activated or delivered.
• Dedicated Servers: Full refund if not delivered within 72 working hours of purchase; post-delivery requests evaluated individually.

9. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

10. Governing Law & Compliance

All Services are subject to the laws and regulations of:

• The hosting jurisdiction (Lithuania, Netherlands, or USA, as applicable).
• The Hong Kong region (particularly in relation to domain registration and upstream registrar obligations).

No Service provides immunity from legal enforcement, international regulations, or abuse handling. Clients must ensure all activities remain lawful.

11. Acceptance

By using our Services, you confirm acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree, cease use immediately.
